Robert Half have partnered with a long-standing client to recruit a Systems Accountant for an interim contract in Central Bristol.
This role has been created due to recent system implementations and business growth to enhance the efficiencies across the finance function.
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 3 months +
Day rate: Up to £375pd (Dependent on experience/sector)
Location: Central Bristol
Responsibilities will include:
- Lead the introduction of self-billing processes for EU entities.
- Ensure the accurate data is used on invoices.
- Design and implement quality measures for data entry and timesheet/invoicing processing.
- Collaborate with other teams for seamless integration and local regulation compliance.
- Work with the AP team to identify risk areas and introduce checks/controls around payment processing.
- Improve the process for identifying and reporting supplier account variances/overpayments.
Experience that would be hugely beneficial to be successful in this role:
- Implementation of self-billing systems/processes.
- Working with various ERP systems.
- Collaborating with finance & non-finance teams.
- Working within a pay & bill function.
- Recruitment sector.
