Payroll Senior / Assistant Manager

Taylor Whitmore is thrilled to be supporting a prestigious business based in Bury St Edmunds who are looking for an experienced Payroller to join them as either a Senior or a an Assistant Manager. You will run multiple payrolls and will have responsibility for end-to-end payroll processing.

This is an exciting and rare opportunity to join an organisation that prioritises both career development and work place wellbeing.

Duties will include:

  1. BACs payment processing
  2. Direct client contact
  3. Payroll query resolution
  4. Deadline management
  5. Assisting & supervising staff

Skills required:

  1. Able to work in an accurate, diligent way with a great attention to detail
  2. Competent in use of IT, especially MS Office (Word, Excel)
  3. High level understanding and practical application of all areas of end-to-end payroll and Auto-enrolment pensions
