An elite, prestigious property company based in Primrose Hill have an exciting opportunity for a new member to join them as Tenancy & Property Manager. The business has a small HNW fully managed portfolio of c. 25 prime properties and a further 80 Let Only tenancies to manage. They offer clients a tailored service and are looking for someone who is highly articulate, has uncompromising standards and has experience of both Tenancy and Property Management.

You will be joining a dynamic team of professionals in a young business which is growing at a healthy rate so in time as the portfolio increases you will no doubt need to grow the PM team offering great progression and development for the individual that is successful with this role.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage the Lettings portfolio across North-West and West London, occasionally further afield.
  • General maintenance of properties, instructing contractors, obtaining quotes, and ensuring work is completed within an acceptable time frame.
  • Carrying out management inspections, reporting to manager, and instructing maintenance work following visits.
  • Pre-tenancy: liaising with colleagues and ensuring the property is ready for occupation by new tenants.
  • Meeting and greeting new tenants, explaining your management role, and providing necessary contact information.
  • End of tenancy: advising clients, and Tenants on check-out procedure and arranging check-out appointments.
  • Negotiating deposit release for managed properties.
  • Organising refurbishment/redecoration programmes.
  • Ensuring all Safety Certificates and Health and Safety requirements are met and remedial works completed
  • Tenancy progression for Managed and non-Managed Tenancies to include drafting Tenancy Agreements, Renewal Memorandums, Tenant referencing.

  • ARLA Level 3 desirable

  • Superb written & verbal communication skills
  • 2 years' experience within tenancy & property management
  • A team player & equally comfortable working independently
