Our client is hiring an Italian speaking Administrator to join their welcoming and friendly team to provide administration support across the business.
This is a busy and varied role with a range of different tasks. Main duties and responsibilities include:
- Enrolling customers who are interested in services and sending out confirmation emails
- Answering queries pre and post enrolment in both English and Italian
- Processing all cancellation or deferral requests
- Rescheduling start dates
- Checking and approving any requests from customer concerning additional support
To be successful in this role you must be able to multitask, have excellent attention to detail, possess a confident phone manner and be a strong team player. The role will suit a candidate with a flexible, positive can-do attitude and flexible approach to their work.
