Accounts Payable / Receivable Clerk - Crowborough - up to £27,000 (Hybrid role)

This is a brand new role to support a highly active Finance Department with the smooth running of their operations. They are seeking an attentive and efficient Accounts Payable / Receivable Clerk to become part of their outstanding organisation. Your day to day role will cover essential finance duties including:
- Set up customers / vendors in Spectrum and Netsuite
- Set up sites / jobs in Spectrum and Netsuite.
- Perform Credit checks for customers.
- Perform billing cycle, loading projects (jobs).
- Intercompany invoices (AP/AR) and monthly reconciliation for intercompany balances.
- Processing invoices and credit notes in accounts payable.
- Perform weekly payment runs for cover.
- Check supplier statements.
- Cover for posting cash received and posting daily exchange rates.
About you:
You should have a minimum of one year of prior experience in a finance role and hold a GCSE in Maths and English. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word, is essential, along with strong numerical and organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail in your work.
You should exhibit a collaborative spirit, be willing to take a hands-on approach when necessary, and maintain a positive and proactive attitude in your role.
