The Commercial Property Solicitor's Role
The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will support the existing team by bringing their extensive knowledge and experience to handle a wide range of commercial property matters. This includes acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant issues, and property development projects. The Commercial Property Solicitor will provide high-quality legal advice and support to a diverse client base, ranging from small businesses to large corporations. The role requires managing a complex caseload independently and ensuring all work meets the firm's high standards.

- 6+ years PQE in commercial property law
- Extensive experience with commercial property transactions
