SF Recruitment are proudly partnering with an amazing organisation in Derbyshire who are looking to attract a L&D/Training Manager to join their People Team, you will manage a small team in this role. They are looking for a passionate professional who has a clear mission statement in what they believe and where they want to go in an opportunity like this.
Our client is looking to attract candidates with experience of the following:
- Project management and delivery
- Designing and implementing a training platform
- Creating and delivering engaging in house training
- Designing and developing internal leadership schemes
- Coaching & leading a team
Main duties within the role:
- This role is main point of contact and will provide expertise in Learning and Development to all stakeholders
- Support managers with employee development and compliance
- Produce L&D metrics, data and reports
- Ensure mandatory and statutory training is done in a timely manner and up to date
- Collaborate to support the delivery of positive and engaging induction and onboarding processes, the design and delivery of training, new and ongoing L&D activity
- Lead in the management of Apprenticeship Levy
- Oversee and action L&D administration activities and manage the day-to-day activity
- Design and implement a learning approach to coach and develop managers in leadership behaviours
- Support succession planning requirements
- Use digital tools to create a flexible and innovative learning programme
- Ensure the principles of the key business strategies and values are embedded into the planning and delivery of all learning.
- Identify and develop new learning initiatives i.e.-learning tools, blended learning solutions
