Bright Selection are delighted to be recruiting an experienced Home Manager on behalf of a Family-owned care home provider in South West London. The home manager will play a key part in developing the service and working with the provider to establish it as a home of choice in the local area.
Requirements:
- Relevant professional qualification - L5 Diploma, NVQ L4, RMA or equivalent
- Nursing qualification preferred
- Proven track record in care home management
- Knowledge of CQC legislation and guidelines
- Experience of managing large teams of people
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Good budget management
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership in all aspects of the care home, promoting a culture of independence and person centred care.
- Ensure sustainable financial viability
- Ensure compliance with statutory and legal requirements
- Pro-actively promote your home as the home of choice in the local area
Contract, Remuneration and benefits:
- up to £85,000 per annum
