Your new role
Working on the major highways improvement scheme in the Norfolk region, they are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team.
Some of the duties involved (but not limited to):
- Oversee Management of Subcontractors - certification of payment and change
- Undertake management of allocated Control Accounts with site team including value draw and out-turn forecast / spend profiling
- Keep cost records and agreement of costs with National Highway Site Representatives
- Assist in the Utilisation of Site Commercial and Document Systems
- Be responsible for the procurement of packages as the Work Proceeds
What you'll need to succeed
- NEC/ Infrastructure experience
- Strong experience in Procurement and Sub contract management
