Warehouse & Logistics Manager
Annual Salary: £40,000, plus bonus
Location: Cranleigh. Remote working on Fridays after initial period

We are seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Manager to oversee warehouse operations and manage the delivery of goods. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate initiative, possess strong numeracy and literacy skills, and have excellent communication abilities.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Liaise with Directors and Office Management to plan work patterns and business requirements.
- Handle customer enquiries professionally and courteously.
- Assist with order taking, credit control, and company credit control procedures.
- Manage back-office order handling, invoicing, and payment processing.
- Take full responsibility for company vehicles, including maintenance and legal requirements.
- Manage driver communications, route planning, and rota organisation.
- Maintain paper records and plan despatch schedules.
- Provide delivery services to customers, ensuring safe and secure transport of goods.
- Cover for Office Management as needed and deputise in the absence of Directors.
- Manage stock security, levels, and re-order requirements in the warehouse.
- Maintain computer stock records and ensure stock rotation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in warehouse and logistics management.
- Good numeracy and literacy skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Good IT skills and previous experience of using Accounting and Stock Control system is desirable.
- Willingness to undertake training in Fire Marshall, Health & Safety, First Aid, and Forklift Driving if required.
