Purchase Ledger Clerk:
Duration: Permanent
Location: Mansfield
Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
Duties:
- Processing a high quantity of invoices
- Provide day-to-day support to ledger function
- Cash and bank reporting
- Assist in the preparation of purchase summaries
- General administration duties
- Support the management account function
- Deal with company expenses
- Process business expense returns
Requirements:
- Basic numeracy skills
- Good experience of purchase ledger function and transactional data entry
- Experience of cash and banking reporting
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Technological skills, particulary MS Excel
- Great communication skills and telephone manner
- Strong administrative skills
