Role: Lead Game developer
Salary: Up to $150k +tokens + equity

Plexus seeks an experienced Lead Game Developer for a well-funded blockchain company developing next-gen gaming on the Solana blockchain, leveraging Ephemeral Rollups and fast SVM instances to enhance Solana's performance and composability.
With nearly $4 million in funding, they are now hiring their first Lead Game Developer to support their significant growth potential. You'll have the opportunity collaborate closely with the founders and have creative freedom in building and designing the games
Role:
- Oversee the entire game development process, from the initial GDD to release.
- Integrate game mechanics and technologies for a seamless user experience.
- Optimize games for various platforms, focusing on mobile devices.
- Creative freedom, designing and building the games
Requirements:
- 5+ years of game development experience
- 5+ Years experience in Unity, C++ and C.
- Experience in Rust
- 2+ Years in a leaderships role
- Previously worked on the Solana chain Gaming Eco-system
