You'll also develop and optimise the business case to support investment decisions and coordinate shareholder and advisor support during any equity divestment processes.
  • Financial management and governance, including ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, managing debt facilities, and overseeing cash and liquidity. You'll handle the preparation of financial statements, manage year end reporting, and provide detailed project insights for external reporting.
  • Leading the negotiation and finalisation of Corporate Power Purchase Agreements (CPPAs), ensuring the terms support the project's business case, financing, and risk minimisation.
  • Engaging with and reporting to shareholders and lenders, providing regular updates and effective communication to all stakeholders. You'll offer comprehensive financial and business analysis to assist stakeholders in making informed decisions throughout the project's lifecycle, ensuring management information is centrally coordinated and analysed.

  • Ability to interpret and assimilate multiple data sources, including external market data, to produce meaningful insights, appropriate recommendations, and clear actions.
  • Skilled in communicating financial performance to the wider project team, embedding financial understanding within the business. Ability to influence project delivery strategy and translate this into programs, opportunities, or activities that improve the business case or mitigate risk.
