Process Consultant

Our leading Financial Services client is looking for highly skilled Process Consultant to join their Wythall or Edinburgh team for a 6 months initial contract.

Please note a hybrid office presence is required for this role.

Required Skills:

  • Experienced in process improvement and have a proven track record of leading improvement projects and delivering business benefits.
  • Sound knowledge of lean six sigma methodology.
  • Experience of Power Query and Power Apps and other automation tooling
  • Knowledge and experience of operational model and Process taxonomy
  • An analytical thinker with experience of a disciplined approach to requirement gathering & documentation.
  • Ability to engage, provide direction and influence senior leaders within the business
  • Highly collaborative style and ability to develop and work across a broad range of stakeholders.
  • Inquisitive and open-minded, seeking out evolving and innovative ways to add value to the organisation.
