Simon Acres Recruitment are proud to be working with a large merchant group, who are looking for a HR Administrator based in East Sussex.
This opportunity is paying £28,000, plus bonus.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm.
The Role:
- Responding to employee enquiries and providing general people/hr related information and guidance within set SLA.
- Supporting in preparing employment contracts, addendum letters, employee relation letters, note taking.
- Monitoring the probation process; liaising with managers in relation to probation review dates and escalate any extensions to the relevant HR People Partner.
- Scanning and uploading of documents to maintain a reliable and up to date People HR system.
- Maintaining employee records on People HR systems, ensuring the system is accurate and up to date.
- Supporting the People HR Partner's and branches managing a variety of ER cases.
- Producing reports for key stakeholders as requested.
- Undertaking additional and ad hoc responsibilities, guided by the Groop People Operations Manager and/or the Group People Director.
- Assisting in pre-employment checks and new starter processes, recruitment adverts and ensuring all right to work details are up to date.
- Assisting in learning and development administrative support.
- Assisting in liaison with Occupational Health and other third-part companies when requested.
- Supporting with the management of employee benefits payroll and pensions.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a HR Administrator (Essential).
- Level 3 CIPD qualified (desirable but not essential).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
- Ability to always maintain confidentiality in all circumstances.
- Experienced in HR Administration within a milt-site business.
- Excellent organisational skills, time management skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to prioritise workload and consistently meet deadlines.
- Experienced in using HR systems (People HR or similar).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Teams.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to adapt to new and changing processes as required by the business.
