I am currently working with a well-regarded insurer who are looking to hire a claims examiner to join their growing Accident & Health claims team. This is an exciting opportunity for somebody with some existing claims experience, or for a recent graduate who is eager to get into the insurance industry. This role offers the opportunity to gain experience dealing with a diverse range of global insurance products, such as Private Medical, Travel, and Personal accident.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily claims processes and financial bookings, including claims bordereaux.
- Handle referrals from delegated partners.
- Communicate with external and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain electronic claims files (paperless system).
About You:
- Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
- Responsible for handling and resolving important administrative and claims tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and eagerness to collaborate.
- PC literate (knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
