The organisation provides data, information and expert marine advice to the UK government to ensure our oceans thrive in a changing world. Through analysis and data from seabed to surface, they help partners around the world make the best use of our marine environment.

The organisation is located in the South West of England, where the HR Advisor will be part of a friendly HR team of 10. This 6 month FTC enables the post holder to work from home 2-3 days per week.

This hybrid HR Advisor job, paying up to £310 per day umbrella, will provide generalist HR support across the whole of the HR lifecycle.

The key responsibilities of this 6 month FTC job include:

  • Leading and supporting on employee relation cases.
  • Helping improve the current HR processes, coming forward with suggestions.
  • Coaching and supporting line managers on a range of HR issues.
  • Supporting on recruitment campaigns.
  • Working on key HR projects, which include areas like wellbeing.

This exciting HR Advisor job will work closely with the other HR Advisors, offering excellent support over the next 6 months to line managers. This role will suit a team player with excellent communication skills.

The interview process will consist of a 2 stage interview process with the post holder ideally in place by the start of September 2024.
