As a Membership Advisor, you will be contributing towards maintaining the company's reputation for providing a high level of customer service.
Type: Temporary role with potential permanent opportunities
Pay: £14.48 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7-hour working days between 7am - 7pm
Role:
- Manage payment collections from UK and international members.
- Ensure timely payments and resolve payment-related queries efficiently.
- Maintain professionalism and courtesy in all member interactions while ensuring adherence to payment deadlines.
- Tailor communication strategies for UK and international members, considering different time zones.
- Ensure all email correspondence is accurate, professional, and aligns with the organisation's branding and communication standards.
Experience:
- Exceptional customer service skills and experience within a phone-based role.
- Good IT skills
- Organisational, planning, and administrative skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
