We are looking to recruit an organised and proactive Sales Administrator for our growing international client based in Haywards Heath. The role will be varied and an integral part of the sales process, seeing you liaising with internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis.

This role as a Sales Administrator will see you:

  • Being the first point of contact for existing and new customers.
  • Answering day-to-day enquiries including prices, stock availability and updates on orders.
  • Effectively developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
  • Entering and processing orders, issuing order confirmations and producing delivery notes.
  • Effectively communicating estimated time of arrival of goods to the customer and advising of any delays.
  • Processing invoices and credit notes.
  • Preparing sales proposals for standard and list items.
  • Supporting the sales team in meeting targets and achieving sales goals.

You will have worked in a busy administration role previously and be able to demonstrate the ability to managing changing priorities and to work to deadlines. You will be confident in your abilities; contributing to the overall teams success and be able to communicate effectively and professionally with clients when there are issues with their order. Ideally you will also have worked with a CRM system previously and have excellent attention to detail.

The Sales Administrator role sits within a busy and supportive sales team and will see you working in the office Monday to Friday along with enjoying an 8 % company pension contribution, an annual performance related bonus and a generous holiday entitlement.
