We are looking for an experienced and proactive Office Administrator to join our team in the heart of Newcastle City Centre.

This is a full-time role, based fully onsite, offering a competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per year.

Description

Office Administrator - Key Responsibilities:

  • Diary management and note taking in Board meetings
  • Organising and coordinating meetings, including preparing agendas
  • Taking minutes during board meetings and distributing detailed notes
  • Maintaining and updating office records and filing systems
  • Handling general administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the office
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders as required
  • Ensuring all correspondence and documentation are handled efficiently

Profile

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a corporate environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent attention to detail, especially in minute-taking and documentation
  • Professional and personable attitude with the ability to multitask
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
