This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Trainer to join an established and expanding organisation based in central Leeds.
This role will allow an individual to take control of managing and developing content and material, giving a real opportunity to shape this newly created position within the Learning and Development team.
The role:
- Designing, delivering, and evaluating IT systems training programmes to enhance the technical skills and proficiency of employees.
- Creating IT training programmes and materials tailored to the specific needs of different departments.
- Creating course overviews, lesson plans, presentations, and supporting documentation.
- Delivering engaging and interactive remote training sessions and workshops.
- Identifying training needs and priorities.
- Ensuring that all individuals remain up to date with the latest technologies and tools.
About you:
- Proven experience as an IT Trainer or in a similar role, with a strong background in designing, delivering and evaluating.
- Ability and experience to question/challenge key Stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of various IT domains, platforms, and tools.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products.
- Experience working within professional services (desirable)
- Most training sessions will be delivered remotely, but you must also be confident in delivering high quality training in person.
This is a superb opportunity to join an established and expanding international organisation. Training sessions will mainly be delivered remotely, however occasional travel may be required both within the UK and to Europe.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm and the role offers hybrid working, initially with 3 days based in the office, moving to 2 days once the role is established.
