Job Title: Multi Skilled Security Officer

Pay Rate: £12.50 Per Hour
Contract: Permanent
41 Hours Per Week: 07:00-19:00
Shift Pattern: 4 Days On/4 Days Off (including weekends and bank holidays)
Role Overview
We are looking for a multi skilled security officer to join our team at the Drake Circus Estate. In this dynamic role, you will work with the team to ensure the safety and security of our customers, retailers and staff. You will achieve this by conducting regular patrols, completing reactive and scheduled cleaning tasks and responding to incidents on the estate. This role requires a Door Supervisor SIA License along with the willingness to clean and get involved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patrolling of the site to maintain safety, security and cleanliness
- Advising retailers, where necessary, on management regulations
- Responsible for assisting in diffusing incidents and situations that arise within the centre
- Daily general cleaning of the site
- To be trained in the statutory Fire, Health, and Safety training and to be fully conversant with and abide by all rules concerning Fire, Health, and Safety.
- Act as a card holder with tasks in the event of an evacuation of the site
About You:
- Cleaning experience preferred
- Door Supervisor SIA license required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically fit and able to carry out the duties described.
- Excellent attention to detail is required.
