Your new role
- This is a true generalist role, where you will provide Business Partnering activities to stakeholders across designated business streams.
- Working in partnership to ensure that all people related activities are managed in line with organisational policy and procedure, supporting managers to manage their teams effectively and in line with core values.
- Responsible for delivering positive people-related outcomes to achieve operational priorities and embedding the people planning activities that arise from the people plan within designated areas
What you'll need to succeed
- Chartered Member CIPD (Level 7) or qualified by experience to an equivalent level.
- At least five years experience in a senior HR Advisory level role or currently working as a Business Partner.
What you'll get in return

- Work as part of an established team
- Minimum one day a week in the office with some travel to other sites in Stafford and one site in Shrewsbury.
