Starting Point Recruitment is currently seeking a
Production Operative
for a position based in Cradley Heath.
Initially a temporary role, this position offers the potential for permanent employment for the right candidate.
Working Hours:
- Flexible hours, accommodating school hours (9:30 am - 2:30 pm)
- 20 to 25 hours per week
Rate of Pay:
£12.00 per hour

- The ideal candidate is hands-on, works independently while maintaining quality and meeting targets.
- Exhibits honesty, integrity, and attention to detail, ensuring consistent outputs.
- Adheres to Health & Safety guidelines in a warehouse environment.
- Willing to undergo further training.
- Honest, reliable, and able to work well with a small, growing team.
Duties and Requirements:
- 80% assembly, 10% administrative tasks, 10% general warehouse duties.
- Simple assembly processes using hand tools and packaging.
- Ability to lift and move up to 20 kg.
- Work in a clean warehouse environment with a supportive wider team and on-site free parking.
- Set up and operate the production line, including assembly work.
- Experience with hand and air tools is beneficial.
- Conduct quality checks and report defects.
