The London Borough of Harrow is currently seeking a Service Manager for Capital Programmes. This position requires 2-3 days of in-office work in the London Borough of Harrow.
Candidates must have experience in the following areas:
- SEND school direct delivery PM (Borras)
- Leisure facilities - Refurbishment and new build Client PM (Gleeds)
- Capital PM support to Facilities & Estates
- Schools backlog maintenance programme PM (Pick Everard)
- Deputising for Head of Estates and Facilities
- Decarbonation projects
- Local Authority experience
