Duties
- Lighting - lamp replacements, emergency light testing, ballast to LED conversions
- Fire alarm testing
- Rewiring components
- Replacing sockets
- Power distribution maintenance
- Control panel maintenance
- Circuit breakers
- Transformers
- Visual inspections
- Electrical testing
- HVAC maintenance
- Mechanical inspections and fault finding
Requirements
- C&G / NVQ Level 2/3 in Electrical Installation/Electrotechnical technology
- 18th Edition
- Building services maintenance experience in commercial office, hospital, or health care environment desirable
