Responsibilities
- Counts and verifies material as it is received.
- Verifies information on tickets.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Performs data entry and prepares standard reports & spreadsheets.
- Collects, organizes, records, and files information.
- Performs Rating & Billing duties.
- Handles specific operations invoicing.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Liaising with clients and internal departments
Other skills/abilities
- Accurate typing and/or data entry skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, fractions and decimals.
- Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
- Ability to read, comprehend and complete basic checklists, forms or other related documents.
- Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner.
- Balances team and individual responsibilities.
- Consistently at work and on time.
Education and Experience
- One to three years related experience in Logistics or Supply Chain role desirable
