Senior Recruitment Consultant - Engineering / Technical
Location: Home-based, with 1 day per week at our Ancoats, Manchester office
Candidates can be based anywhere within the Northwest or West Yorkshire if they are commutable into central Manchester 1 day per week

About The Role
You will be responsible for:
- Taking a proactive approach to winning business by generating and following up on sales leads.
- Developing lasting relationships with senior-level decision makers.
- Building a rapport, discussing our recruitment expertise and fully understanding client requirements.
- Negotiating fees and terms of business with new clients.
- Qualifying new roles.
- Searching, headhunting and networking suitable candidates.
- Selling career opportunities to passive candidates.
- Developing targeted LinkedIn campaigns.
- Securing placements and contributing to company sales objectives.
About you
We're looking for a highly motivated permanent Senior Recruitment Consultant with 4+ years' experience operating in a 360 capacity, this could include but is not limited to recruiting within areas such as Engineering and Technical Sales across markets such as Flow Control, Automation, Robotics, Scientific Equipment, Electronics or Built Environment.
You must:
- Be self-motivated and energetic.
- Enjoy and relish autonomy.

- Be driven by success.
- Possess the personality to forge long-term relationships with new clients.
- Be well organised with the ability to generate and follow up on leads.
- Enjoy developing new business.
- Commutable to central Manchester 1 day per week (good train links etc.)
- Have a home office setup with a fast broadband connection.
