Year 6 Class Teacher

We have a lovely and welcoming primary school recruiting for a Year 6 Class Teacher to join their team in September. This well-provisioned school, commended with a 'Good' Ofsted rating, is on the lookout for a dedicated Year 6 Teacher with a positive attitude to become part of their school team.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of their highly professional, friendly team.

This is a full time role starting in September 2024.

Key duties include:

  • Designing and executing lesson plans aligned with the national curriculum.
  • Cultivating a nurturing and encouraging classroom environment.
  • Assessing student progress and offering constructive feedback.
  • Employing diverse teaching techniques to captivate students' interest.
  • Challenge the students to achieve their potential

You'll have:

  • Prior experience teaching children
  • The legal right to work in the UK.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) if trained in the UK, or equivalent.
  • A Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check on the update service, or a willingness to undergo one.
  • Either live in Hounslow or within the local area
