The Opportunity:
As a Training and Development Advisor, you will be at the forefront of driving growth through building strong, consultative relationships with clients. You'll be a key player in supporting the development of tailored training solutions and strengthening our sales strategy. This is a hands-on role with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes that benefit both their clients and our own long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement & Sales

Deliver a first-class, consultative sales experience for clients, guiding them through our diverse portfolio of training products and services to meet their business needs.

  • Sales Target Achievement

Consistently meet or exceed personal sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the Sales and Marketing team.

  • Presentations & Proposals

Design and deliver impactful presentations that resonate with clients, leading to successful outcomes and partnerships.

  • CRM Management & Pipeline Building

Manage your own sales pipeline, ensuring that all client interactions are recorded effectively in the CRM and lead to actionable steps.

  • Strategic Collaboration

Work closely with the management team to gather insights that support my clients broader strategic objectives.

  • Event Participation & Promotion

Assist in organizing events, from open days to client workshops, to raise the profile of the clients achievements and services.

  • Business Development

Develop business proposals that reflect our clients' needs while supporting our mission of excellence in training and development.

  • Continuous Improvement

Stay informed about industry trends and client needs, sharing insights that can enhance our sales and operational strategies.

What You Bring:
We're looking for a proactive, results-oriented individual who thrives in a consultative sales environment. You should be comfortable managing multiple client relationships, enjoy problem-solving, and be passionate about workforce development.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Enhanced DBS & RTW in the UK is required.
  • Proven experience in a sales or business development role, ideally within the training or education sector.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and managing sales pipelines.
  • A results-driven approach with the ability to meet targets and KPIs.
  • A collaborative mindset, comfortable working across teams to achieve common goals.
