**MASH Team Manager
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a MASH Team Manager to join Conwy County Borough Council.
**Key Responsibilities
- Review child protection referrals and work in a multi-agency way.
- Work alongside social workers and section managers to review all child protection referrals that are submitted to the local authority.
- Attend and chair strategy meetings.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of children.
- Provide support and guidance to social workers.
- Manage a team of social workers.
**Key Requirements
- Experience in reviewing child protection referrals.
- Experience in working in a multi-agency way.
- Experience in attending and chairing strategy meetings.
**Qualifications
- A degree in Social Work or a related field.
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Enhanced DBS check.
