We are seeking a
Team Leader
to manage our
home conveyancing panel team
in Manchester.
Salary £28,000
You will be managing a
home conveyancing panel team
and responsible for supporting the management of a
panel of law firm
s, ensuring that they are delivering service to the required standards, resolving any queries/escalations from branches and firms giving our introducers the confidence to increase volumes of conveyancing instructions.
Key roles and responsibilities of a Team Leader
- Line management of a small dynamic panel team
- Liaising with Estate Agents, Financial Services, clients and panel firms regarding property transactions.
- Dealing with escalations and complaints regarding panel firms, both current and previous transactions.
- Distributing work to panel firms and ensuring systems and reporting are managed in a timely manner.
- Review and monitor performance and NPS for escalation.
- Maintaining a good working relationship with the panel firms and try to assist in building these between the firms and other parties.
Experience you have that will set you up for success
- You will have team supervision experience.
- A knowledge of the Conveyancing process will be beneficial.
- You will have thrived and enjoyed working in fast paced, high performing, customer centric environments.
- You can identify and solve problems and have a can do approach.
- You will know the importance of speaking and collaborating with key stakeholders across the business.
- You will be able to work under pressure and manage conflicting priorities.
