Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Location: Fradley
Remuneration: £24,000 - £28,000 per annum
Contract Details: Perm
Responsibilities:
�? Answering customer queries and providing exceptional service
�? Promptly and accurately generating quotations for customer enquiries
�? Proactively calling all accounts that have ordered in the last 12 months
�? Actively learning about customers' needs, materials usage, and recording relevant information
�? Processing customer orders promptly and efficiently
�? Processing and logging visa transactions through the online portal
�? Proactively following up on sample requests, converting them into quotations within 2 days
�? Checking the arrival of dispatched orders and scheduling future calls using the CRM system
�? Proactively identifying new sales opportunities through various channels
- Initiating contact with potential customers and nurturing a sales pipeline
- Sending samples, pricelists, and relevant materials based on customer needs
�? Collaborating with production to determine optimal despatch dates for cutting jobs
�? Logging and addressing customer complaints in accordance with ISO procedures
