A leading FM Service Provider are looking for an experienced Contract Manager to oversee one of their high profile accounts. The role leads a small total FM team across 4 sites across the UK.
Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering total facilities management to its client for 4 sites across the UK. You will be responsible for managing a small FM team, ensuring customer satisfaction whilst maximising efficiency and profitability.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, and ensure that contractual commitments are met and exceeded.
- Ensure that opportunities for the strategic development of the contract are exploited, to deliver increased turnover and profitability,
- Develop strategies to improve customer service, profitability and contract efficiency.
- Ensure the provision of healthy and safe working conditions
- Ensure the contract is staffed by fully competent teams, ensuring post holders are fully competent, and that effective succession planning arrangements are in place.
- Ensuring a customer focus within all areas of operational activities, and that effective relationships are maintained with key client contacts.
- Oversee all matters relating to planned / preventative maintenance, remedial, reactive work, projects and asset data management across your region/ portfolio.
Profile
- Experience of managing a TFM team across a multi site property portfolio
- Managing a multimillion£ client account
- People management experience
- Health & Safety Qualification (IOSH, NEBOSH etc.)
- Technical background in Mechanical, electrical or fabric (desirable)
- Experience managing budgets / P&L accounts
