We're looking for an experienced Finance professional who has knowledge of the UK Infrastructure and Energy Sector to work for one of the largest Financial Services companies in the UK.Primary responsibility includes leading origination activities in sourcing, structuring, and implementing highly sophisticated structured project finance deals in all sectors but predominantly Energy and Infrastructure.Key Skills & Experience we're looking for:
- Extensive knowledge of the Infrastructure and Energy sector with solid experience in lending and/or advisory, matched with an outstanding transaction deal sheet with reference to the UK.
- Proven deal experience acting as an underwriter, lead structuring bank, advisor with recent transactions closed.
- Strong network of contacts and strong rapport across the sector including Sponsors, Advisors, Banks, Institutional Investors.
- Full knowledge and understanding of the structured finance market
