Reed Accountancy & Finance are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk for a temporary position on behalf of our client based in Folkestone. This role is ideal for someone who is immediately available and can commit to a full-time position within our clients office.

**Accounts Payable Clerk

Day to Day of the role:

  • Processing invoices and managing payments in a timely manner.
  • Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies.
  • Handling queries related to accounts payable.
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and preparing reports.
  • Collaborating with other finance team members to ensure smooth financial operations.

**Accounts Payable Clerk

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an Accounts Payable or similar finance officer role.
  • Strong understanding of accounts payable processes.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be within commutable distance to Folkestone.
