This role will be to support customers with their enquiries regarding their investments and carry out Administration tasks to support the sales process. Assisting the sales team with all administration tasks. We are looking for someone with existing skills and experience within financial services / Investments
Duties include:
- Maintain client database
- Preparation of spreadsheets and reports and letters
- Obtaining new business illustrations
- Processing new business applications
- Assist in the ongoing research into appropriate investment funds
Experience and qualifications:
- Hold relevant exam qualifications or working towards these
- An understanding of investments, life and pensions contracts
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the industry
