Responsibilities:
- Accurately inputting receipts and invoices onto excel systems ????
- Promptly responding to queries from external clients via email and teams ????
- Efficiently tracking invoices and expenses to ensure accuracy and organisation ????
- Assisting with other administration duties as required by the operations team ????
Skills:
- Confident in using MS Office applications, particularly Excel ?????
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure data accuracy ???
- Enjoy collaborating and working as part of a small friendly team ????
