I am seeking a passionate Senior Architectural Technician to join a specialist Architectural practice in Chelmsford. This dynamic practice's expertise lies within the residential sector, working alongside the leading housing developers to deliver award winning, cutting edge, creative designs. The Successful Architectural Technician will have experience working on residential projects with excellent technical abilities in AutoCAD and comprehensive awareness of current UK building regulations.
Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Senior Architectural Technician:
- Degree or HND/HNC in Architectural Technology or related subject
- Substantial post qualification experience
- Experience working on residential projects with house builders
- Confident communicator
- Capable at producing high quality tender and construction packages
- Well versed in AutoCAD and other industry standard software
- Keen eye for detail and strong technical abilities
- Proactive and positive attitude
- Job running experience
- Able to lead and manage a small team
- Driven to continuing professional development
- Keen to input to company growth
- Able to work well in a multidisciplined team
- Live locally to Essex
