About the team (Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence)
Our Personal Injury team represent clients who have suffered any injury at work or in any public setting whether in this country or abroad when it wasn't their fault. The department has specialist teams in road traffic accidents including a cycling specific team, work injury and industrial diseases, travel claims, brain and spinal cord injuries.

Our Clinical Negligence team represent clients who have experienced any instance of substandard medical treatment that causes injury or an existing condition to worsen. Our expert solicitors specialise in claims relating to brain injury, cerebral palsy and birth injuries. Examples of successful compensation awarded includes a Five-figure settlement for a first-time mother suffering depression after delayed surgery and more than £30 million for lifelong care for a boy starved of oxygen at birth.

About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Court of Protection Paralegal ideally with experience in working with deputyships (property & financial affairs) for clients with high value compensation and damages awards.

You will be supporting the professional Deputy working within the PI and Medical Negligence teams.
