Digital Support Apprentice

Hugh Strain of Ayr Ltd are a construction contractor based in Ayr and they are looking to bring on a Digital Support Apprentice to join their busy office. If you are a motivated individual who is keen to work in an office environment within the construction industry then this is a job role for you. You will be enrolled onto a SCQF Level 6 Diploma.

Responsibilities:

  • You will become a superuser on a bespoke construction software powered by SAGE, where you will provide quotes to customers
  • Utilising Outlook for emailing internal and external stakeholders
  • Using Sage to raise invoices to customers
  • Microsoft Word/Excel for tracking customer details
  • Using collaborative tech to create customer accounts and input data
  • Being a first responder when answering the telephone or when receiving emails
  • Diary management by booking in appointments using Outlook
  • Using Sage for purchase orders
  • Using Teams for speaking with stakeholders

Salary:

£14,851 per annum

Working hours:

Monday to Thursday, 9am - 4:30pm, Friday 9am - 3:30pm
