Due to continued growth of the business, our client is looking to hire a Senior Lettings Negotiator for their busy office. Each member of the team strives to deliver impeccable customer service. Customer services is of vital importance to our office and brand.
Our Client is a leading estate agency, with established Sales and Lettings businesses across more than 60 London locations..
The role of a senior negotiator will be to carry out valuations, prepare contracts, prepare brochures, carry out AML checks, register new applicants, advertise new instructions on various portals, carry out viewings and other related items. Your role is vital to the business, aiding the growth of our branch through canvassing, prospecting, and obtaining referrals. There is potential for the successful candidate to progress higher within the company.
Requirements for the Senior Negotiator role include:
- To always provide an excellent customer service experience
- To build and maintain strong client relationships with all clients and staff
- Experience essential, minimum 2 years.
- Clean driving license
- Computer knowledge and the ability to learn new software (Reapit knowledge an advantage)
- Working as part of a team
We have an in-house training academy where the successful candidate will be encouraged to attend many relevant training courses to help with their career progression .
Benefits and Salary include:
- £23,000 to £27,000 plus commission in the first year, depending on previous experience - OTE £50,000 + (First Year)
