The Role:
We have a fantastic opportunity for a permanent Electrician to join one of our Leading FM clients within Wetherby.
You will be responsible for:
- Both planned and preventative electrical maintenance
- Diagnosing and replacing failed electrical components.
- Actively fault finding / problem solving on electrical systems
- Testing and inspecting electrical installations in accordance with current wiring regulations
- Monitoring and ordering spares for all electrical services
- Other tasks as required by the Site
- Responsible for ensuring H&S standards are achieved across the contract
Qualifications:
- Appropriate technical qualification eg City & Guilds 2365 parts 1-3, BTEC, NVQ level 3 or above
- BS7671 IET Wiring Regulations, specifically 18th Edition*.
- Experience of electrical maintenance activities, general distribution and installation and testing
- Knowledge and experience of Electrical Systems and Electricity at work Regulations.
