As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support to end-users, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our IT systems. What you'll be doing:
- Ticket Management:
Navigate the ticketing system to track and resolve user issues
Follow up with users to ensure satisfactory resolution of their problems
- Hardware Troubleshooting:
Identify common hardware issues, such as printer malfunctions or monitor connectivity problems
- Issue Complexity Assessment:
Gauge the complexity of issues with the guidance of a mentor
- Network Troubleshooting:
Execute basic network troubleshooting tasks
- Knowledge Base Contribution:
Contribute to the internal wiki by providing updates and new entries
- System Security:
Collaborate with the team to maintain system security and integrity
- Continuous Learning:
Actively learn about IT services and user support techniques
- Team Collaboration:
Work closely with mentors and team members to develop skills and knowledge
