Our client is a leading meat processing plant dedicated to providing top-quality meat products to their customers. They emphasise safety, efficiency, and excellence in their operations. Currently seeking diligent and motivated individuals to join their team as Meat Processing Plant Workers.
As a Meat Processor / Butcher's Assistant you will be directly involved in the various stages of the meat processing operation from receiving and inspecting the raw meat, before loading into machinery to produce a variety of cuts and meat products.
You will then package, label and prepare meat products for distribution.
Full PPE is provided.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming meat products.
- Operate processing equipment such as grinders, slicers, and mixers.
- Trim, cut and debone meat.
- Package, label, and prepare meat products for distribution.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and tools.
