Role: Administrator
Contract: On-Going
Hours: Monday, Tuesday 8.30AM-5.00PM, Friday 8.30AM-4.00PM
Pay: £13.50 per hour, paid weekly
Office Angels National Accounts are looking for an administrator to provide support for their client in Pontypridd.
Some duties to include:
- Administration and Office Support
- Managing paper and electronic filing systems
- Taking and logging calls
- Data Entry
- Use of SAGE (training provided but experience would be desirable)
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous customer service experience
- Good computer knowledge and use of MS Office
- Maintain and hold excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and organise own workload
- Excellent attention to detail
