Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one and group support to students.
- Assist in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and Behaviour Support Plans.
- Foster a positive learning environment.
- Support students with personal care tasks.
- Collaborate with teachers and therapists.
- Use positive behaviour management strategies.
- Promote social and emotional development.
Requirements
- Level 3 qualification in Childcare.
- Experience with PMLD, ASC, challenging behaviour, and mental health needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for child development.
- Teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of safeguarding and health and safety.
