Sales Support Administrator – St Albans

Our client, a highly prestigious and globally recognised estate agency, is looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join their St Albans office. The role will be to support the sales team with imperative administration tasks to facilitate the smooth running of the department.

They are looking for at least 1-2 years administration experience and strong customer service skills. Property experience is preferable but similar backgrounds will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing key administrative support to the residential sales team
  • Respond to incoming emails and telephone enquiries on behalf of the team and directing them accordingly
  • Register new applicants on behalf of the team and record their information on the database
  • Ensure new sales deals are recorded and uploaded on the system
  • Generate and distribute sales memorandums and other supporting documentation
  • Conducting AML checks and reporting back to the team
  • Processing invoices quickly and accurately
  • Establish and maintain client relationships
  • Oversee property marketing on internal systems, property portals, and ordering brochures
  • Coordinate meetings for the team and support with diary management
  • Provide general office support as needed

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years experience in administration
  • Property experience is preferable but similar backgrounds will be considered
  • Experience in client due diligence preferred
  • Strong customer service background
  • Excellent communication skills with both clients and colleagues
  • Strong IT skills
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Great attention to detail
  • Highly organised
