We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Lettings Property Manager to join our growing team.

Position Overview: The Lettings Property Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of rental properties, ensuring they are fully let, well-maintained, and compliant with all regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding service to clients. There will also be a strong focus on developing and bringing on new business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire lettings process from property listing to tenant move-in.
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate tenancy agreements.
  • Ensure properties meet legal requirements and safety standards.
  • Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, liaising with landlords and contractors.
  • Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and ensure any issues are addressed promptly.
  • Oversee rent collection and manage arrears.
  • Prepare and manage property budgets and financial reports.
  • Stay updated on local rental market trends and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in lettings or property management.
  • Strong knowledge of property laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple properties and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents) qualification or equivalent is a plus.
