Part Time Office Manager/PA

We are looking for an Office Manager/Personal Assistant, to be the backbone of our clients office operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly while providing essential support to the executive team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of responsibilities and is skilled at keeping everything on track. This is a permanent part-time position, offering flexible working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing supplies, coordinating meetings and events, and ensuring the office environment is efficient and well-organised.
  • Manage executive schedules, coordinate travel arrangements, handle confidential tasks, and assist with communication to keep the team ahead of deadlines.
  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, document preparation, and assisting with finance functions such as invoicing.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in office management and/or as a personal assistant.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other office management tools.
  • Discretion and trustworthiness in handling confidential information.
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
